Description
Cancer can be described as the uncontrolled growth of abnormal body cells which can result in the formation of a tumor. Parts of the tumor can break away and can be carried through the blood or lymphatic systems to form tumors in other parts of the body. Tumours and unnatural outgrowths interfere with the body’s metabolic processes, can cause severe pain and discomfort and ultimately death.
Abnormal body (cancer) cells are continuously formed in the body through normal metabolic processes but are usually recognized and eliminated by the immune system. However, when the immune system is compromised in some way eg by nutrient deficiencies or medication (cortisone), these abnormal cells go undetected and cancer can result.
Treatment is aimed at stimulating the immune system as well as to prevent the spread of cancer.
The formula provides EGCG (green tea extract), proline, lysine and vitamin C that help stabilize the collagen matrix surrounding cells, thereby containing cancer outgrowths and preventing spread to other part of the body. The formula also provides beta glucan, acetyl cysteine, tumeric and Pau D’Arco extract to help stimulate the immune system. Other nutrients play a supportive role for the various enzyme systems involved.
