Phytogenics is an online store that provides a range of specialist supplements to the health services industry.
AGREEMENT OF SALE
Agreement of Sale between Phytogenics and a customer is only valid once payment has been received. Until such payment is received, all goods remain the property of Phytogenics
PROOF OF DELIVERY
You accept that in order to prove that your product was delivered, you don’t personally have to accept receipt of the order but that responsibility rests with the person that signed for the delivery at the delivery address.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
All our products are sold with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee from the time the goods have been received. If you are unhappy with the product you have received you can contact us at the following email address with the reason for your dissatisfaction:
If the product has not been used and is the original sealed state, you may return it to us at your expense to the following address:

Once we are satisfied that the product has not been tampered with we will refund you with the value of the product
If you receive the wrong product you must notify us within 1 day of receipt. We will then arrange for an exchange at our expense

This site may be used by customers to browse content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this website for any purposes such as fraudulent of speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content on this site
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Phytogenics chooses its domicillium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court processes, notice or other ducuments or communication of whatever nature:
