Chronic Back Pain Gone.

After 15 minutes of playing with my daughter, I realised my lower back pain was mostly gone.

I used to be a very active person, participating in sport in high school, horse riding as an adult and enjoying our family holidays to the full. Yet, through it all, my back pain got worse as time went by.

I always experienced some level of back pain, even as young as my teenage years. When my daughter was born, it got worse. Big time. Playing with my daughter become more and more difficult. So did almost everything, from a normal day behind my desk to household chores.

Three months after I started on Advanced Glucosamine Complex, we went to our favourite holiday resort. I took a dosage higher than the bottle suggests – 3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evening.

At the resort, I usually avoid it to play on the jumping pillow. Occasionally, when I do brave the jumping pillow, sharp pains shoot through my back on every jump.

This time, I decided to endure the normal pain, just to spend some quality time with my daughter. Yet, I was wrong, there was no pain this time. Then after about 15 minutes I got off, because I was tired.

I had no pain!

Now, it’s normal for me to wake up in the morning without pain.
